Great gels, fast shipping
I ordered a few of the Neon-Gele colors last week and they are amazing! The pigmentation is so vibrant and they apply really smoothly. Decent products, slow support
I bought several Aufbaugele and some Nagelfeilen. The gels themselves are good quality, easy to work with, and the files are durable. Pricing felt fair for professional supplies. However, I had a question about one of the builder gels and tried to reach customer service. It took almost 48 hours to get a response, which was a bit frustrating when I was in the middle of a client's set. Delivery took 7 days to reach California, which is acceptable but not super fast. Overall, I'm satisfied with the products, but customer support could definitely be more responsive.
